Foundation Documents

The Foundation Documents form the constitutional and moral backbone of our movement. They define who we are, what we stand for, and the principles that guide our actions, decisions, and leadership.

These documents are not symbolic statements or political slogans. They are living reference texts designed to anchor the movement in law, accountability, dignity, and responsibility. Together, they establish a shared framework that transcends personalities, factions, and moments of crisis.

At the core is The Charter, which sets out the foundational principles of justice, federalism, democratic governance, and equal citizenship. It is the structural reference against which all positions, policies, and actions are measured.

Why the Charter Matters explains the necessity of this framework. It outlines the failures of past political arrangements, the dangers of power without restraint, and the reasons a clear constitutional reference is essential for unity, stability, and legitimacy.

The Chairman’s Word on the Charter provides leadership reflection and accountability. It clarifies intent, responsibility, and the commitment of the movement’s leadership to be bound by the same principles as the people it serves.

The Bill of Rights affirms the fundamental rights and freedoms that belong to every person without exception. It exists to protect individuals from abuse, exclusion, and arbitrary power, and to ensure that dignity is not negotiable.

These Foundation Documents are intended to be read together. They are the reference point for members, leaders, partners, and the public. They are also a commitment that the movement makes to itself and to the people it represents.

We invite you to study them carefully.
